The production of cores can be done internally in the various departments located in the three plants, either automatically on one of the 9 shooting ashland cores machines (for cores up to 250 kg) or manually (for sand-resin cores up to 15.000 kg). The storage and moving system of VDP cores are handled by automatic stocks that allow the different plants to receive the cores directly on the assembling line without the need of lifting trucks.
